Welcome to DadCraft. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using PlayDadCraft.com, applying to join the DadCraft community, participating in our Discord server, and playing on our Minecraft server.

By using our website, submitting an application, joining our Discord, or playing on the DadCraft Minecraft server, you agree to these Terms.

About DadCraft

DadCraft is a private 21+ Minecraft community built for adults who want a friendly, respectful, creative, and well-moderated survival multiplayer experience.

DadCraft is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, Discord, or any related companies.

Minecraft is owned by Microsoft/Mojang. Discord is owned by Discord Inc.

Age Requirement

DadCraft is for adults age 21 and older.

By applying to join or participating in DadCraft, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may deny, suspend, or remove access if we believe a user does not meet the age requirement.

Community Access

Access to DadCraft is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove access to the website, Discord server, Minecraft server, whitelist, or community features at any time.

This may happen for reasons including rule violations, safety concerns, suspected false information, griefing, harassment, cheating, spam, disruptive behavior, or anything that harms the community.

User Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for your own Minecraft account, Discord account, login information, and activity.

You agree not to impersonate others, submit false information, bypass bans, evade moderation, abuse bugs, exploit plugins, or use alternate accounts to gain unfair access or avoid consequences.

Community Rules

All members are expected to follow DadCraft’s posted rules, staff instructions, Discord rules, Minecraft server rules, and community guidelines.

Rules may include expectations around respectful communication, grief prevention, claims, builds, economy, PvP, chat behavior, voice chat, resource worlds, server events, moderation, and fair play.

DadCraft staff may update rules as needed to protect the community.

Moderation

DadCraft staff may moderate user activity on the website, Discord server, and Minecraft server.

Moderation may include warnings, muting, kicking, temporary bans, permanent bans, removal from Discord, rollback of builds, removal of items, account restrictions, or other actions staff consider appropriate.

Staff decisions are made to protect the community and server environment. We may review logs, reports, screenshots, chat records, server activity, and other relevant information when handling moderation issues.

User Content

You may create, post, build, upload, or share content through DadCraft, including Minecraft builds, chat messages, Discord messages, images, screenshots, suggestions, comments, or other community contributions.

You are responsible for what you share.

By submitting or creating content within DadCraft spaces, you give DadCraft permission to use, display, share, moderate, remove, or archive that content for community, promotional, moderation, documentation, or administrative purposes.

This may include using screenshots of builds, community events, public chat moments, or server activity in website updates, social posts, announcements, or promotional materials. We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly share private personal information.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or target other members
Post hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or harmful content
Share private personal information about another person
Grief, steal, exploit, cheat, hack, or intentionally damage the server experience
Use unauthorized clients, bots, scripts, macros, x-ray tools, dupes, or exploits
Spam chat, Discord channels, forms, or staff messages
Attempt to disrupt the website, Discord, Minecraft server, plugins, hosting, or community systems
Misrepresent your age or identity
Violate any applicable law or third-party platform rules

Server Availability

DadCraft is a hobby/community server. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, backups, performance, plugin stability, world availability, or preservation of builds, items, balances, ranks, claims, or progress.

Minecraft updates, plugins, hosting issues, crashes, technical problems, mistakes, or maintenance may affect the server.

Basically, sometimes the server goblin trips over a cable. We try to fix the goblin.

Payments, Donations, and Perks

If DadCraft offers donations, supporter perks, ranks, cosmetics, temporary benefits, or other community features in the future, any related terms will be posted clearly.

Unless otherwise stated, payments or donations are voluntary and do not create ownership, employment, voting rights, guaranteed access, or special control over the community.

DadCraft may change, remove, or adjust perks if needed for server balance, technical reasons, plugin changes, legal compliance, or community health.

No Warranties

DadCraft is provided as-is and as-available.

We make no guarantees that the website, Discord server, Minecraft server, plugins, features, worlds, ranks, claims, economy, or community systems will always be available, error-free, secure, or unchanged.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DadCraft and its owners, staff, moderators, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, data loss, account issues, server downtime, lost items, lost progress, lost builds, plugin errors, moderation actions, third-party service issues, or other problems related to your use of the website, Discord server, or Minecraft server.

Third-Party Platforms

DadCraft uses third-party services, including Minecraft, Discord, website hosting, plugins, server tools, and other community systems.

Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and rules. We are not responsible for actions, outages, account restrictions, data practices, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DadCraft at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary to protect the community, enforce rules, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain server operations.

You may stop using DadCraft at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website, Discord server, or Minecraft server after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
